  Welcome to Ascendix Untitled Document

Ascendix Technologies is built on the commitment to making a positive impact for every client that we engage by taking complete responsibility for understanding the business challenges at hand and defining measureable goals to achieve through the deployment of business systems that improve the sales effectiveness and operational efficiency for that client. We achieve these results consistently by focusing our efforts equally to three distinct aspects of a business system; the people that are intended to benefit from the system, the processes that are intended to be managed through the system, and the technology that is intended to automate the system.

Ascendix has been in business since 1996 and worked exclusively as an implementer, integrator and developer of top-tier CRM systems. The average Ascendix associate has been with the company over 6 years and has more than 10 years experience in their field.

The management team that guides the vision of the organization has been in place since the inception of Ascendix back in 1996 and continues to evolve the company to heights whereby we can maximize our impact on our client organizations. The team members at Ascendix fill the spectrum including business analysts, project managers, technical architects, implementation engineers, a core development team, along with customer service personel and a dedicated quality assurance team.

Ultimately, will our decisions, efforts or actions lead to creating and enhancing our relationships with our existing customers? This is a litmus test we use daily. If it doesn't help enhance customer loyalty, it's probably not important to us.

Did we do all we could do? Can we make this report better? Does this brochure exude professionalism? We focus on high quality output. We value employees who go the extra mile. We value and reward a commitment to excellence.

III. Taking Ownership

"It's not my job." "...but I'm not the project manager..." "Don't ask me, I didn't sell it..." These are phrases you will never hear from our mouths. We highly value and reward those who seek out and take ownership of those things that are sometimes hard to do. We're all a team and we expect our members to take an attitude of ownership.

IV. Domain Expertise


We strive to be the most knowledgeable, experienced and skilled in our domain; the selling, implementation and integration of front-office software. This applies to all of us in many ways - from continuing education and new skill sets to maximizing our experiences from our current projects.
