Granite Properties is an owner-operator with offices in Atlanta, Dallas, Denver, and Houston. The company manages more than 10.5 million square feet of office, retail, and industrial space.

Business Situation
As the company expanded, Granite Properties needed a customer relationship management solution that met the unique needs of its various business groups, worked with Microsoft Office Outlook 2007, and fit into its existing IT infrastructure.
