Custom Real Estate Elements

Among the specific elements developed on top of the MSCRM platform are:

  1. PROPERTIES
The property entity allows the real estate professional to manage commercial office, industrial or retail properties. The user can associate properties with leads, opportunities, cases, accounts and contacts, thereby enabling a complete view of the information and activities surrounding the property acquisition, tenant acquisition, and property management. The user can track and manage associated vendors and other 3rd party accounts and contacts related to a property.
The professional can also view a property’s rent roll, store key documents such as floor plans or see a graphical stacking plan of the property’s tenants juxtaposed with lease expiration information.

  2. TENANTS
The lease entity allows the real estate professional to manage the lease of the property suite to the tenant. Critical information about a lease, such as lease options, encumbrances, fees and expiration dates can keep the professional informed about key dates and milestones.

  3. LEASES
The lease entity allows the real estate professional to manage the lease of the property suite to the tenant. Critical information about a lease, such as lease options, encumbrances, fees and expiration dates can keep the professional informed about key dates and milestones.

Each of these entities can be related to existing Dynamics CRM entities, such as leads, opportunities, accounts and cases.

Real Estate Advantage also adds special usability functionality to help make viewing and associating information a snap. To quickly view related information, a special details pane can be enabled to view associated information in a tabbed view. Just by clicking on a record in the list view, the user will be able to view and navigate into other associated areas.
