Discover
In this step of the CRM initiative, we
gather the business requirements for the project. The CRM Discovery is a collaborate
process in which several days or weeks of meetings are held between the CRM
consulting team and the client. The requirements gathering may consist of interviews,
whiteboard sessions, and CPM (Client Process Mapping) sessions.
The business requirements will be documented at a very granular level so that
they may be
converted into technical specifications in the next phase of the process. The
output of the Discovery
is a scope document and work order with project plan and time estimates.
Design
During the design process we begin converting
business requirements into technical specifications.
This is the blueprint for how the CRM system will be deployed. The deliverable
is a Design Specifications Document which details the layout of the system and
the blue print for personal records.
Develop
